Nice job on the first app!
You could consider adding the vibration effect (shaking device to activate that), too.
Adding an icon for your app would be a good idea it doesn't look generic (Android icon) when it was downloaded to your device.

I checked the link you provided.
You might want to use this instead and post it again.

I was not able to download from your qr code. Did you package the app and then link it to the code? Check out this video on packaging. It took me a couple of tries to get it to work correctly, and you may have to delete redirect text at the end.

Please revisit Quest 2 and follow the instruction to create a QR code through which everyone can download your app.
Based on the URL of your QR code, I can see that you generated the code using the function built-in the App Inventor environment. That's only good for you to test the app you just developed. Others can't download your app using that code.

Here is my app. The first time I replied the pics did not show up. I uploaded the pics to my Dropbox account and used the URL in the image upload. Hopefully it will work this time.

I can't seem to get my pics to upload. >:(

I clicked on the Quote button and I could see your link.
I then copied the links and pasted them here.
They should work but the error messages said you removed the files already.

I can see the QR code now. However, you would need to make the file/link public before creating the QR code.
After scanning, a Dropbox page showed up, requiring me to log in.

I seemed to have so much trouble getting AI2 to run on my laptop. Switched to the home comp and finally got it all running. Here's the screenshot (still working on getting the apk on my phone).

Nice job!
I can download the app with the QR code provided.
I would recommend changing the app name, app title, and add an app icon.

I don't have an android phone, but I was able to use the emulator without any hassle. I expect that the experience of the app is different on the phone, but this gave me enough of an idea of what it does and how the app would look.

Here's my screenshot of my HelloPurr, starring my cat Monkey:
https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/alVxDtPu68l9TnPuOSPeYLB3uRlkYKtG4e6ybQGoeyu?ref_=cd_ph_share_link_copy

I didn't feel frustrated, as everything ran well. From the comments here, I think that when I implement this in my classroom, the different technologies and platforms might cause some issues. However, troubleshooting is part of the job description!
